intycode.com currently does not use any traffic analytics tool. If we introduce one in the future, it will be a privacy-friendly solution, without cookies and without cross-site tracking, and this page will be updated accordingly.

Third-Party Cookies

Our hosting provider, Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland), may set technical cookies necessary for service delivery and infrastructure security, for example to protect against attacks and to balance load. We do not use advertising, remarketing or social-tracking cookies.

Swiss law (FADP) allows the use of technical cookies necessary for the site to function on the basis of overriding legitimate interest. The EU GDPR provides a similar exemption under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC for strictly necessary cookies: for this reason, no prior consent is required for the technologies we use.

We still display an informational banner for transparency: the choice you make is stored only so the banner is not shown again, and it does not change which technologies the site loads.

Data is processed exclusively in Switzerland, within Infomaniak's data centres. Any future transfers will comply with the Swiss data protection ordinance and EU adequacy decisions, or will be accompanied by standard contractual clauses.

You can clear your browser's local storage at any time from your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all offer a dedicated section for managing cookies and site data.

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection described in our Privacy Policy by writing to compliance@intycode.com. You will receive a response within 30 days. You may also contact the FDPIC in Switzerland or the supervisory authority in your EU member state.

Intycode has no established presence in the European Union. Under Article 27(2)(a) GDPR, the occasional, low-risk processing we carry out does not currently require the appointment of a representative. We will appoint one should the scope of our processing change.

This policy is updated to reflect technical or legal changes; the date at the top always reflects the latest published version. Substantial changes will be prominently flagged on the site.
