This notice applies to personal data collected through intycode.com. Depending on your location and the specific processing involved, Swiss data protection law (FADP and the associated ordinance, in force since September 1, 2023) applies, together with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) where relevant, when services are offered to individuals located in the European Economic Area.

We only collect the data strictly necessary to respond to requests made through the site. We do not use profiling cookies, tracking pixels or third-party advertising tools, and we do not share personal data with ad networks or data brokers.

In the ordinary use of the site we process the following categories of data:

• Navigation data: our hosting provider records standard technical data in aggregated form (IP address, request date and time, requested page, HTTP response code, browser and operating system) to deliver the site and secure the infrastructure.
• Analytics: we currently do not use any web analytics or traffic-tracking tool. If we introduce one in the future, it will be a privacy-friendly solution without cookies or cross-site tracking, and this page will be updated accordingly.
• Contact form: when you submit a request through the contact form we collect first name, last name, company (if provided), email address, service of interest and the content of your message.
• Privacy preference: we store your choice from the privacy banner locally in your browser, via localStorage rather than a traditional cookie, so the banner does not reappear on every visit.

Access to the data we collect is limited to authorised Intycode staff, who are bound by confidentiality obligations. The only third party involved in the processing is Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland), our hosting and email provider, which acts as a processor under an agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR and Article 9 FADP.

Data processing takes place exclusively in Switzerland, within Infomaniak's data centres. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision by the European Commission. Any future transfer to third countries would only occur with appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including TLS/HTTPS encryption, access controls, strong authentication, regular backups, systematic security updates and access logging. In the event of a data breach posing a high risk to individuals, we will notify the competent authorities within the timeframes set out in Article 33 GDPR (72 hours) and Article 24 FADP.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or significantly affects individuals.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent where applicable, at any time. Requests can be sent to compliance@intycode.com and will be answered within 30 days; we may ask you to verify your identity. Exercising your rights is free of charge, except for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.

You may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, Switzerland, or with the competent supervisory authority in your EU/EEA member state. We encourage you to contact us directly first so we can address any concerns.

We have not appointed a representative in the European Union, as the processing we carry out falls within the exemption for occasional processing under Article 27(2)(a) GDPR. Should the collection of contacts from the EU become regular and structured, this exemption would no longer apply and we would appoint a representative.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as the conditions under Article 37 GDPR are not met. Dario Mastromarco is the direct point of contact for data protection matters.

The site is aimed at professionals and businesses, not minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control such websites and accept no responsibility for their content or their data protection practices.

This notice may be updated to reflect technical, organisational or legal changes. The version published on this page, with its update date, is the version that applies. Substantial changes affecting your rights will be communicated via a notice on the site or direct contact.
