These Terms govern only access to and use of the intycode.com website. They do not govern custom software development projects or the other services delivered to clients, which remain governed by separate contractual agreements (proposals, development contracts, SLAs).

The site is provided for informational purposes and does not allow the purchase of services, online payment, or the conclusion of contracts directly through it.

By accessing and using the site you implicitly accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the site.

The site is aimed exclusively at professional users: businesses, technical teams and professionals interested in custom software solutions. The site is not intended for consumers or for individuals under the age of 16.

You may browse the site's content to evaluate our services and share it, unchanged, with your colleagues.

The following are prohibited: using the site for unlawful purposes, commercially redistributing content without authorisation, automated extraction of content beyond standard search-engine indexing, systematically building a database from the site's content, unauthorised access to systems or restricted areas, and misuse of our trademarks.

The scope, timeline and cost of a project are defined exclusively in written proposals and agreements signed by the parties.

When you submit a request through the contact form, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submitting a request does not create any obligation for Intycode to respond, provide a proposal or enter into a contract. The handling of submitted data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the site accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation free of any risk. Access to the site may be suspended for maintenance, even without prior notice, without giving rise to any right to compensation.

The site may contain links to third-party websites, including other websites operated by Intycode Sagl. We do not control such websites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, legality, or data practices.

Should one or more provisions of these Terms be or become invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid one that reflects, as closely as possible, the economic and legal purpose of the original.

These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lugano, Switzerland.
